Tree Disposals:

Check your local city or county’s Christmas Tree recycling program pick up times. Don’t miss their deadlines and be stuck with a tree on your curb.

January Assessment Reminder:

If you use bill pay for your monthly, quarterly, or annual HOA assessment, please take a moment to update your payment amount to reflect any changes effective January 1, 2026. Updating this now helps prevent delays or processing issues in the new year.
