To access your homeowner portal, log into the portal by visiting

To find out what your HOA dues are or assessment fees, log in to your portal and then:
Click on the Welcome Page and then click Upcoming Charges -
To set up free autopay simply log into your portal and then:

To request a payment plan, kindly email accounting@fivekeyscm.com
In the email, for a faster response please include the following:
Amount you can pay each month, and does this include the regular assessment amount
Notify us if you have made your first payment, and if you have not, let us know by when.
