  • Need architectural changes?  Some change requests may include:

    • Painting your front door a new color

    • Changing the siding on your home

    • Adding a dog run

    • Adding a new porch or patio

    • Changing the color of your shutters

    • Putting up a new fence

    • Adding play equipment to your yard

  • To ensure compliance and maintain accurate records, you’ll first need to complete our vendor verification process in order to qualify as a preferred business partner for Five Keys Community Management and its Associations.

    Invoice Processing & Payment:

    • Invoices are processed promptly but require approval from two board members, which may take up to three weeks.

    • To expedite approval, include detailed information and relevant photos with your invoices.

    • ACH payment options are available—contact accounting@fivekeyscm.comto enroll.

  • To access your homeowner portal, log into the portal by visiting

  • Click the link to your portal, then:

    Go to Menu option > My Profile > Profile Settings > My Log in > Update

  • To find out what your HOA dues are or assessment fees, log in to your portal and then:

    Click on the Welcome Page and then click Upcoming Charges 

  • To set up free autopay simply log into your portal and then:

    Below Account Balance > Auto Draft: Enroll 

  • To request a payment plan, kindly email accounting@fivekeyscm.com

    In the email, for a faster response please include the following:

    • Amount you can pay each month, and does this include the regular assessment amount

    • Notify us if you have made your first payment, and if you have not, let us know by when.

    • Your lot number and Association

    • Your call back number

  • To submit ARC / ACC visit your portal and then follow this path:

    Portal > Menu option > Requests > ARC/ACC

  • To request resale documents visit this link.

  • Log in to your portal and follow this path:

    Portal> Menu option> Request> General Request > A Maintenance Request
