If you refer another HOA Community’s board to us, we’d like to thank you with a cash reward for you, or your community – your choice.
How it Works:
Refer an HOA Board Member to an exploratory call with Five Keys and you’ll receive a $100 Visa gift card.
If that call results in a new Five Keys community, you’ll receive your choice of a $500 Visa gift card, or a $500 community improvement credit. Read full terms and conditions below.

Five Keys Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective: May 8, 2025
We’re excited to reward members of our community for helping us grow! By participating in the Five Keys Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
When you refer a new HOA Board Member or decision-maker to Five Keys, you’ll receive a $100 VISA gift card if that introduction results in an introductory meeting. If that meeting leads to a new Five Keys management agreement, you’ll receive a $500 VISA gift card or a $500 community improvement credit—your choice.
2. Eligibility
This Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of a Five Keys-managed community or part of the broader community. Referrals must be new to Five Keys and not previously in contact with our team. Employees and contractors of Five Keys are not eligible to participate.
3. Reward Conditions
The $100 VISA gift card will be issued after the introductory meeting with the referred HOA Board Member takes place.
The $500 reward (VISA gift card or community credit) will be issued only after the referred community signs a full-service agreement with Five Keys.
Limit one referral reward per referred community. If multiple individuals refer the same community, only the first eligible referrer will receive the reward.
Participants may refer multiple communities, but each community is eligible for reward issuance only once.
4. Reward Delivery
Gift cards will be delivered digitally or by mail within 30 days of meeting eligibility requirements. Community credit will be issued to the referring individual’s HOA account and must be used for approved improvements or enhancements.
5. Modifications & Termination
Five Keys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect referrals already in process.
6. Legal & Tax Considerations
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. If your total rewards exceed $600 in a calendar year, we may request a completed IRS Form W-9 and issue a 1099-MISC for tax reporting purposes.
