2. Submit Your Entry: 

1. Post a photo of your front front entry on Instagram as a Post or Reel.

2. To officially enter you must include this hashtag in your post: #FiveKeysFrontEntry, also note in your post which season you are submitting for, Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter.

3. Tag the Five Keys official Instagram account (@FiveKeysCm)

4. Follow Five Keys (@fivekeyscm)

5. Share the contest in your stories (for extra visibility)

Contest Rules/ Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to all homeowners within Five Keys-managed communities.

• One entry per household per quarter.

Submission Guidelines:

• Entries must be original photos taken by the homeowner, posted on Instagram with the hashtag #fivekeysfrontentry

• Photos using AI will be eliminated, must show original photo to qualify for your prize

• No offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material allowed.

• Five Keys reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate submissions.

Voting & Winner Selection:

• The entry with the most likes and shares will wins.

Prize Details:

• The winner will receive a $500 Visa gift card and a Golden Key Winner’s Flag to proudly display in their yard or front entry.

• The four finalists will each receive a Runner-Up Flag to recognize their achievement.

• Winning front entries will be featured on our website, newsletter, and social media platforms.
